Under Thy Roof is Family Catechesis where the entire family increases the love and knowledge of Jesus and our Catholic faith. The entire family is involved and attends! Please register all members of your family. Our monthly Community Sundays begin with 9am Holy Mass, after Mass we gather in the MJFC for a snack then disburse into our groups/classes.

Infants through 23 months are encouraged to go to the nursery (free). Children 2 years old through 5th grade are taught by catechists in the classroom. Children older than 5th grade are needed in the classrooms as assistant catechists. Please register everyone!

Sacrament Preparation for First Reconciliation and First Holy Communion is part of this registration also, if you register for these you must also register for Under Thy Roof, this is the foundational program, sacrament preparation is an over lay.

This preparation is a two year process. Year one typically begins in1st grade (or older). Registration for this is no charge.
Year two is called "immediate preparation". The fee for year two is $65, this covers books and supplies. You must be baptized Catholic to register.

If your child is over 7 years old and not baptized or baptized in a different faith and you would like them to come into the Catholic faith, we welcome you! Please contact Kim Muncy to discuss the path.
